PhotoArtistry started out with a need similar to our customers. We were looking for a cost effective printing solution where we could work with various types of media to enhance the quality of our art reproductions. More importantly we wanted to print in single or low volumes but found lithographic offset printing restrictive in cost and volume. We found the answer at a trade show in 1998 and purchased the demonstration HP DesignJet 2000CP digital printer a few months later.
A world of possibilities soon opened up to us and we created the PhotoArtistry website to invite fellow artists and photographers to share our experience. Now, our client base includes people from different creative backgrounds.
We have come a long way since those early days and have recently added an Epson 7-colour large format digital printer to our collection. We have also extended our services to include canvas stretching to enable you to complete your picture.
We are grateful to you - our customers - for giving us the opportunity to listen to your individual requirements and allowing us to customise our services to meet your needs.
The story continues, and this is 2006. We now have 3 Epson printers, having determined that these produce good quality prints with good clarity of colour. We have added to our product range starting with MDF block mounts in 2003 and adding acrylic and aluminium mounts this year. We have managed to re-position ourselves as providers of digital print and mount solutions for photographers, artists, interior designers and all kinds of creative people and continue to be grateful to our customers and our wonderful team of staff. None of this is possible without you. |
